Operator Comfort
The cab of the Oxbo 8430 was built for long days and a wide range of weather conditions. Noise level are reduced and the operator is equipped with maximum control with a minimum of effort. The cab features exceptional visibility to the corn head as well as to the rear operation.
601 Series (Option)
Two Stage Cleaning
Two separate cleaning stages feature two sets of trash rolls, two trash augers and four separate fans, all hydraulically driven with speed adjustment control in the cab. Suction fans are 27 inch diameter by 10 inch (69cm x 25.4cm) wide with replaceable wear liners. Pressure fans are 15 inch x 48 inch (38.1cm x 121.9cm) wide plastic bladed centrifugal design blower fans for more efficient air intake, with longer life. |
Chain or belted conveyors
Flights are formed steel with wide flange for strength and low damage. Belts have 2 inch flights spaced 12 inches apart for even, more gentle handling. Dual CA550 roller chain with four bolts per flight are used on all conveyors. Conveyor speed is fully adjustable at any easy access hydraulic control valve. Pivot yokes have heavy duty 8 3/4 inch (22.2cm) throat pivot assembly designed to handle six-row to ten-row corn heads.
602 Series (Option)
Belted Conveyor
Many of the same features as the 601 with shallower angled conveyor for peas. Belts are available with 2 inch flights for corn or 1 inch flights for peas.
600 Series Options
Two separate cleaning stages with large 30 inch (76cm) diameter fans with replaceable wear pads and housing liners. Fan speed is hydraulically controlled and adjustable with controls and tachometer in the cab. 46 inch (117cm) belts are used on the throat, cleaning unit and product elevator. Conveyor speeds are adjustable and conveyor rpm remains constant, regardless of engine speed. |
3000 Series Elevator
Elevator speed and unloading height are adjustable from the cab. Unloading can be done to the left, right or rear. Turntable equipped with caliper brakes to lock elevator position. Breakaway guards against damage by collision. Available in belted or chains in the following sizes:
