Position: Product Support Technician Location:  Lynden, WA 

Technical Support:

  • Representing product support on project teams for new equipment as assigned.

  • Providing technical and product training to Oxbo's internal service staff, Oxbo support channels, dealers, and customers.

  • Providing additional technical product support to international sales team. This support may include: customer visits, distribution of service bulletins, coordination of updates and personnel training.

Engineering:

  • Participating in product validation and verification processes. Assist in testing, coordinating tests with customers and ensuring proper field DRL entries.

  • Supporting product maintenance efforts through incident reporting, model year input, and root cause analysis and support.

  • Participating as a member of the 8D Root Cause teams for assigned products.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Channeling feedback from customers and field experience to Sales & Marketing staff to assist with product development and model year revisions. Focus areas to include reliability, maintenance and performance parameters.

Job Overview:

Successful Candidate will:

  • Create finished assemblies by welding together same gauge and multiple gauge materials, sheet/plate metal and structural steel, and differing composite components.

Position: Engineering Co-op Location: Clear Lake, WI

Oxbo is offering a hands-on Co-Op internship experience to work both in an office environment and in the production area. A Co-Op will assist with designing new products and developing prototypes to apply their advanced knowledge in engineering.

Oxbo Co-op positions are ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in an agriculture environment with a small community atmosphere. The Co-Op position will run from January 2022 through August 2022 or May 2022 through December 2022. Average work week will be approximately 45 hours.

Position: Saw Operator - 2nd Shift Location: Clear Lake, WI

Job Overview:

Successful Candidate will:

  • Ability to use several types of measuring gauges.

  • Read most blueprints.

Position: Machinist - 2nd Shift Location: Clear Lake, WI

Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to set-up and operate all CNC and manual machining equipment within the department.

  • Ability to operate, load and start operations, pull programs, set-up and load tools and perform tool touch offs on CNC equipment.

Position: Distribution Supervisor Location: Clear Lake, WI

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Distribution Supervisor at our Clear Lake, WI location. The position is focused on satisfying both external and internal customers, this key individual will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the distribution center activity. They will ensure orders are timely selected, efficiently packaged, dispatched and loaded safely along with maintaining inventory accuracy. This position will interact with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as customers and outside contacts both internationally and domestically.

Essential Functions:

  • Supervise – shipping/receiving and production picking process to ensure the accurate and timely delivery to both internal and external customers.

  • Manage inventory cycle counts and coordinate movement of materials.

  • Perform all prep and masking operations of substrate and components as directed.

Position: Product Support Technician - Potatoes Location: Pasco, WA

Job Overview:

We have an immediate need for a Product Support Technician in Pasco, WA working with the Potato product line. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with many departments at Oxbo and interact in a meaningful way with our customers.

The Product Support Technician (PST) will provide product focused support for designated manufactured and/or retailed products. In this role, the PST will focus on learning and gaining experience with assigned products to become a product expert.

International travel including extended trips into Canada are required. Typically scheduled well in advance but occasional spontaneous trips also possible.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Representing product support on project teams for new equipment as assigned.

  • Developing and providing technical and product training to Oxbo’s internal service staff, Oxbo support channels, dealers, and customers.

  • Developing and providing additional technical product support to international sales team.

  • Developing pre-delivery inspection (PDI) processes and update as necessary.

  • Developing and maintaining warranty approval processes and technical support for dealership network.

  • Participating in product validation and verification processes.

  • Supporting product maintenance efforts through incident reporting, model year input, and root cause analysis and support.

  • Assisting with product demonstrations and start-up of new equipment as needed.

  • Attending trade shows and other customer events as requested.

  • Assisting Publications staff with the development of parts and operators’ manuals and the online product support library.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience with mobile agriculture machinery service, electrically controlled hydraulic systems including open and closed loop systems, DC & CAN bus electrical systems and precision ag systems.

  • Experience in diesel engine troubleshooting and maintenance is desirable. Experience with basic welding and fabrication.

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to assist and train end-users. Presentation skills desirable.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrated organizational skills. Strong communication skills.

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
