Position: Designer/Drafter- Engineering Location: Clear Lake, WI

Job Duties: 

  • Designing/implementing Field Test Plans and maintaining records to validate design solutions.

  • Engineering documentation including but not limited to: Bill of Materials, Drawings, Schematics, Technical Parts and Operator's Publications, and Engineering Change documentation. 

  • Participating in the Product Development Cycle (PDC) Critical Design Reviews, and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). 

  • Working closely with manufacturing and sales teams to create and support innovative new designs and customer applications.

  • Supporting Manufacturing/Manufacturing Engineering and Purchasing with tooling requirements, make/buy decisions, manufacturability, guidance on the assembly of new products, etc.

  • Responding to Engineering Change Requests & Field Incident Reports generated by other departments and initiating Engineering Change Orders as required. 

Education: 

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Qualifications: 

Knowledge of Solidworks or other 3D solid modeling software required 

Agricultural equipment/other heavy equipment drafting/designing experience a plus

Position: Service Technician-Agricultural Equipment Location: Grundy Center, IA

Job Overview:

Oxbo International is seeking responsible individuals for troubleshooting/repair, machine support, preventative maintenance, scheduled repair operations, and emergency service on our products. 

You will be responsible for providing high quality technical and customer support through troubleshooting/diagnosis and sound, timely problem-solving. Duties will be performed either at our location or at the customer's site.

Qualifications:  

  • Vocational training, and/or a minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technology 

  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills and the ability to apply this knowledge to OXBO products 

  • Maintenance knowledge, customer-service orientation, and an ability to work from blueprints, manuals, and schematics. 

  • * Clean driving record.

  • *Have exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively and efficiently interact with customers and coworkers. 

  • *Be able to prioritize and multi-task within our fast-paced environment. 

  • *Be safety conscious and committed to abiding by and supporting company safety policies. 

  • *Work a flexible schedule that may include emergency/after-hours service on a rotating basis including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
