Big Jack's modern cab makes operators more efficient. Quiet environment with 360º: view. Operator can stand up in cab and change positions to relieve fatigue. High back bucket seat, tilt-telescope steering column, air conditioning, deluxe AM/FM radio. Important machine function controls and gauges are forward mounted so operator can easily monitor and make adjustments. Digital gauges monitor fan rpm, engine rpm, header speed and ground speed.

High Capacity Fans
Two high capacity 30-inch wide (76cm) cleaning fans with replaceable steel blades provide Big Jack with the high volume of air needed to clean the extra raw product being harvested. Fan debris discharge chute can be angled up or down from the cab. Big Jack's feeder house is 34in (86cm) wide with rubber intake conveyor and elevator belts, and a variable speed elevator drive.
Big Scale Productivity at its Best
Center pivot green bean heads oscillate 14 degrees from side to side, keeping the picking reel in parallel alignment with the contour of the ground, reducing ground loss. Ample horsepower, cleaning fan efficiency and high recovery all contribute to the Big Jack's productivity. |
Huge Hopper, Easier Unloading, Variable Dump Height
Big Jack's 380cu.ft. (10.8cu.m.) product hopper is able to handle 8,000lbs (3,628kg) of raw product. Variable speed elevator allows the hopper to be fully filled between dumps. Efficient hydraulic system provides fast dump cycles, keeping the machine in the field working more of the time.
Big Jack's big dump box reaches out over 2 feet, tilting the dump box on an angle to facilitate unloading. This eliminates the need to be so close to trucks alongside, and helps avoid truck-harvester collisions.
With Big Jack's variable height dump, product is gently placed in waiting trucks. Shorter drops result in higher quality and less damage. |
