Position: Product Support Technician Location:  Lynden, WA 

Technical Support:

  • Representing product support on project teams for new equipment as assigned.

  • Providing technical and product training to Oxbo’s internal service staff, Oxbo support channels, dealers, and customers.

  • Providing additional technical product support to international sales team. This support may include: customer visits, distribution of service bulletins, coordination of updates and personnel training.

Engineering:

  • Participating in product validation and verification processes. Assist in testing, coordinating tests with customers and ensuring proper field DRL entries.

  • Supporting product maintenance efforts through incident reporting, model year input, and root cause analysis and support.

  • Participating as a member of the 8D Root Cause teams for assigned products.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Channeling feedback from customers and field experience to Sales & Marketing staff to assist with product development and model year revisions. Focus areas to include reliability, maintenance and performance parameters.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in diesel engine troubleshooting and maintenance is desirable. Experience with basic welding and fabrication.

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to assist and train end-users. Presentation skills desirable.

Job Overview:

Successful Candidate will:

  • Create finished assemblies by welding together same gauge and multiple gauge materials, sheet/plate metal and structural steel, and differing composite components.

Position: Front Desk/Manufacturing Support  Location: Clear Lake, WI

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet, support, and facilitate onsite visits from customers and outside visitors. Answer phones and forward messages as needed.

Position: Saw Operator - 1st and 2nd Shift Location: Clear Lake, WI

Job Duties and Qualifications:

Ability to use several types of measuring gauges. Read most blueprints. Able to set up and operate 3 (three) to 6 (six) of the fabricating machines efficiently. Position: PV&V Field Test Engineer Location: Clear Lake, WI

Position Summary:

Serve as a member of the PV&V group responsible for the verification and validation of new products, major model changes, and design team testing needs as necessary. The group accomplishes this using various testing, recording, and analysis methods including but not exclusive to data acquisition and other data measurement systems, MTBF and reliability growth management, FEA, N-Code data analysis, accelerated and destructive testing. In this position you will work with product design team members to assist in the testing, maintenance, and validation of new products in the field. This position will work with PV&V technicians to ensure test plans are executed according to plan and all relevant data and information is accurately recorded, analyzed, and communicated in a timely and appropriate manner.

Essential Functions:

  • Operate, maintain, and validate new product lines in the field.

  • Work with test cooperators during field testing.

  • Validate new product software and updates.

  • Develop and co-develop test plans with product design team members ensuring the testing meets corporate criteria and Product Development Cycle requirements.

  • Project management utilizing Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to track and communicate within the company.

  • Provide guidance to other personnel as required.

  • Develop CAD models and documentation for the creation of testing structures as required.

Position Qualifications:

  • A working knowledge of the use and design of hydraulic systems including hydrostatic, open and closed systems, including load sensing and pressure compensated designs, filtration, and cartridge valve technology.

  • A working knowledge of the use and design of CANBUS control systems.

  • Experience in diesel engine troubleshooting and maintenance is desirable.

  • Experience with basic welding and fabrication skills.

  • CAD skills, SolidWorks preferred.

  • FEA experience, ANSYS and SolidWorks preferred .

Position: Engineering Co-op Location: Clear Lake, WI

Oxbo is offering a hands-on Co-Op internship experience to work both in an office environment and in the production area. A Co-Op will assist with designing new products and developing prototypes to apply their advanced knowledge in engineering.

Oxbo Co-op positions are ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in an agriculture environment with a small community atmosphere. The Co-Op position will run from January 2022 through August 2022 or May 2022 through December 2022. Average work week will be approximately 45 hours.

The Continuous Improvement Co-op will begin in January 2022 and end in August 2022. The Continuous Improvement Co-op will complete a variety of assignments per the direction of the Plant Manager. Job Overview:

Oxbo International is seeking responsible individuals for troubleshooting/repair, machine support, preventative maintenance, scheduled repair operations, and emergency service on our products

You will be responsible for providing high quality technical and customer support through troubleshooting/diagnosis and sound, timely problem-solving. Duties will be performed either at our location or at the customer's site.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational training, and/or a minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technology

  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills and the ability to apply this knowledge to OXBO products

  • Maintenance knowledge, customer-service orientation, and an ability to work from blueprints, manuals, and schematics

  • Clean driving record

  • Have exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively and efficiently interact with customers and coworkers

  • Be able to prioritize and multi-task within our fast-paced environment

  • Be safety conscious and committed to abiding by and supporting company safety policies

  • Work a flexible schedule that may include emergency/after-hours service on a rotating basis including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Experience:

  • Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
