3-Fan Cleaning System
The EL30 features three cleaning fans, one huge 30-inch and two 25-inch suction flow fans, to remove husks, leaves and other debris. The EL30 differs from other sweet corn harvesters in that its cleaning system draws a heavy flow of air "through" the raw product from the under side of the cleaning system. This unrestricted air flow helps the three powerful cleaning fans easily remove field debris. Cleaner corn allows your plant or packaging house to operate more efficiently. |
Stalk Ejectors
An aggressive, specially positioned set of stalk ejectors help remove stalks during the cleaning cycle. This means less trash at the plant or packing house, less bridging and easier and faster dumping. Seed corn harvesters feature a less aggressive stalk ejector design.
