Service Technician 
Description Our Technical Service Representatives are responsible for machine start-up support, preventative maintenance, scheduled repair operations, and emergency service on all OXBO products. In this position, you will ensure quality technical customer support through proficient diagnosis and sound problem solving in a timely manner. These duties will be performed at either one of our Regional Center locations or directly at the customer’s site.
Qualifications Qualifications include: Two-year degree or vocational training with a minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technology. Qualified candidates must possess strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills and be able to apply this knowledge to OXBO products. Position also requires maintenance knowledge, customer-service orientation, and an ability to work from blueprints, manuals and schematics. Seasonal travel is required (some international).
Our technicians must have the ability to interact with customers and coworkers at a professional level and be able to do so effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multi task within a high paced environment are critical to success. All technicians perform emergency after-hours service (on a rotating basis), which includes evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. During peak busy seasons, travel will be required. A company service vehicle is provided and a clean driver’s license is required. Following company safety policies is a must.
Parts Manager 
Description As a Parts Manager you will be responsible for the profitable and efficient operation of the Parts Department.

The individual must have proven management and leadership skills, be well organized, have strong interpersonal communication skills, and have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, service technicians, and subordinates. The Parts Manager will:

• Manager parts inventory according to scheduled levels and to accommodate customer orders.
• Handles customer walk-in sales, service repair orders, hand-tickets, warranties, and internal parts requirements.
• Participate in inventory count as required.
• Loads and unloads trucks to receive inventory, completing appropriate paperwork.
• Schedules trucks for pick up and delivery as necessary.
• Answers phones and responds to direct calls, faxes, and mail.
• Assists service manager and acts as a liaison for service and shop with customers and vendors.

Qualifications Qualifications include a High school diploma or equivalent education required. Minimum of one year experience in the following areas: customer service or working with the public; working around some type of machinery, with a basic understanding of mechanics; and inventory management experience.
Service Manager 

Description

As service manager you will be responsible for:
- Efficiently managing and directing all aspects of the Service Department operation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervision of all service personnel and scheduling of all service work.
- Responsible for hiring and training of service technicians.
- Support effective cooperation with all other departments within the site and throughout the organization.
- Coordinate all after-hours customer service/support both domestic and international
- Prepares departmental budgeting sets direction/goals for future capital investments (vehicles, shop equipment).
- Coordinates, plans and participates in service training, both internal and external to the company
- Provides In-field direct customer/equipment support with service technician abilities and responsibilities
