Oxbo International Corporation has three full service precision metal fabrication facilities. One located in Byron, New York, one in Clear Lake, Wisconsin and one in Lynden, Washington. Our facilities serve many customers representing a wide variety of industries including Public Transportation, Agriculture, Heat and Steam Transfer, Electronics, Auto and Snowmobile Racing and Manufacturing.
The Shop offers capabilities ranging from Laser cutting sheet material in a wide range of composites to forming, machining, welding, spray painting, and even powder coating. Our staff engineers are willing to work closely with the customers to assure quality service from the start. We guarantee prompt attention to quote requests, order processing and delivery. Our new Bystronic 2900 watt flying optic laser can cut mild steel up to .750" thick, stainless steel up to .300", and aluminum up to .250" to any shape you can conceive with holes as small as .062" all to a tolerance of =/-.004" and repeatability to .001". Some other types of materials, such as plastic and rubber and also be cut. In addition, we can also process structural steel or aluminum up to 12" diameter and 9' long, producing holders in round, square or rectangular tubing, angle or channel, eliminating costly machining operations.
We create laser pathing for your individual order. Repeat orders are quick, easy and accurate. We can also form your parts on modern CNC controlled press brakes. Our large welding department can fixture and weld you parts as desired. Final machining can also be performed if necessary. We can finish your parts as well. Grinding, tumbling or blasting will prepare the parts to be spray painted or powder coated on an automated line. We would appreciate an opportunity to quote your parts.
