Rotary Pruner
The Korvan rotary pruner was designed to prune an entire row of spur-pruned vines on VSP and other vertically oriented training systems in a single pass. To avoid disease problems and maximize vineyard productivity and quality, we know that clean pruning cuts are a must, and Korvan pruners deliver. Our precision spur cutters and cane mulcher disks will provide years of dependable service with lower maintenance and increased ease of use.
While you may choose to simply "pre-prune" your vines with this system, Korvan gives you real precision pruning capabilities in the same package. Whatever your choice, hand labor required for follow-up will be greatly reduced or nearly eliminated.

Sprawl Pruner
Want to mechanize but don't have the "perfect" VSP situation? Not a problem for the Korvan sprawl pruner. Its flexible configuration will allow you to safely prune under a T-top (up to 18-inch cross arms) on a 2-wire sprawl, or even on a high wire cordon system. Our sprawl pruner gives growers of sprawling training systems cost effective, precision pruning capabilities.

Combination Pruner
Korvan's combination pruner features durable, double acting sickle bar cutters for cost effective pruning of pre-pruning of the many horizontally divided, "quad" style training systems in use today. Upright trellis obstructions are not a problem for our combination pruner, which comes standard with hydraulically activated break-away tool bars for one, two or three sets of 30-inch horizontal cutter bars.
