Productive Cab, Panoramic View
Super Jack's modern John Deere® cab makes long days of operation more efficient. Electronic machine controls are grouped at the console. Header, elevator and cleaning fans automatically return to preset operating speeds. Digital gauges monitor fan rpm, engine rpm, header speed and ground speed. Pressurized cab is mounted to dampen noises and vibration. Deluxe seat and buddy seat are standard.
Large Scale Productivity
The Super Jack can handle six 30-inch (76cm) rows of heavy yielding 9½ ton (8.6t) per acre Oregon green beans in a single pass. More than ample horse-power, cleaning fan efficiency, and high recovery all contribute to the Super Jack's superior productivity. |
High Capacity Fans
Two super high capacity 34-inch wide (86cm) cleaning fans with 10-inch deep (25cm) blades, provide Super Jack with the high volume of air needed to clean the extra raw product being harvested. Super Jack's conveyors are a full 54 inches (1.37m) wide straight through the machine, greatly enhancing cleaning capacity and through put. Fan discharge chutes can be remotely adjusted from the cab.

Huge Hopper, Easier Unloading, variable Dump Height
Super Jack's huge 518 cu.ft. (14.7cu.m) product hopper is fully useable, able to handle nearly 12,950lbs (5,850kg) of raw product. Variable speed elevator allows the hopper to be fully filled between dumps. Efficient hydraulic system provides fast dump cycles. Super Jack's reduced dumping time can save over 50 hours per year compared to older harvesters.
Super Jack's big dump box reaches out more than 2½ feet, tilting the dump box on an angle to facilitate unloading, eliminating the need to be so close to trucks and helping avoid truck-harvester collisions.
With variable dump height, product is gently placed in trucks. Shorter drops result in higher quality. |
